Our client, a real estate organization is looking for an engaging Sales executive to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Your responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Location – Ojo area of Lagos.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices



  • OND/NCE/HND/BSc in estate management, marketing or any relevant field
  • Atleast 3 – 7 years proven experience selling of real estate product, e.g. Land, properties etc.
  • Must be a target driven individual
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with all kinds of people
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Accurate report writing skill


Please note –

  • This role is for Females preferably
  • This position is for a target driven real estate enthusiast
  • Proximity to Lasu/Ojo, festac, amuwo-odofin, mazamaza and its environs area of Lagos is a plus



  • Gross salary – 40,000
  • 15% commission on sales
  • Over 60k monthly incentives
  • Data & airtime allowance
