Job Title: SALES MANAGER
Location: Lagos Island
We are seeking for qualified applicants for our client, a Major Player in Real Estate Sector. As a Sales Manager, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- B2B Sales & Marketing.
- Digital and Traditional marketing dynamics.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Proven 3-5 years as a sales executive/manager with sound understanding of; Real estate sales and marketing.
- Good communication skill.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and an excellent team player.
- BSc/MSc in marketing or related field.
- Candidates must reside on the island only.
