- Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expand customer base.
- Generate leads, drive up revenue, establish and nurture customer relationship.
- Achieve company objective by planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and projecting future performance.
- Ensure that company sales target and standards are met.
- Hire, train, motivate and monitor sales team performance.
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership and good analytical skills to identify trends in sales pattern.
- Good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
