  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen our brand. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong track record in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and incorporate findings into strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, enhancing the company’s reputation and market reach.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through effective online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales tools to support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Present regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities within the sales and marketing functions.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, or HND.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales and marketing roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales and marketing metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team to achieve targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans while remaining adaptable to changing market dynamics.
  • Creative problem solver with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
