Job Summary
- As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our real estate properties.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated market segment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s real estate projects, their unique selling points, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable properties.
- Provide personalized guidance and consultations to clients throughout the sales process.
- Present and showcase properties to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies.
- Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, networking, and outreach activities.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Set and work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the sales manager.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates to the sales manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and property types.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
