Sales Officer

Job Summary

• Our client urgently needs the service of an energetic Sales Representative who is into the sales and distribution of FMCG products.
• The Sales Officer will manage the sales and distribution of their healthcare product.
• The preferred candidate must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license and must have ideas of Lagos routes.

The Role

• Calling prospective customers to explain products, and guiding them through their purchase process
• Creating awareness and contributing to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
• Working with the digital marketing team to generate independent sales leads and close sales
• Organizing and distributing products to customers and maintaining good relationships with all customers
• Collaborating with team members to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Proactively monitor and report product sales to ensure set targets are met
• Develop and post-marketing content on the company’s social media platforms
• Answering customers questions and gathering feedback from existing and prospective customers
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

The Person

• Minimum of an HND / BSc with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Graduate of biomedical sciences or any science-related course
• Able to drive with a valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills Required:

• Good communications, interpersonal and time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and social media marketing
• Be self-assured and purpose-driven.
