Sales Representative (Traditional)

Our client who is a multinational pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative (Traditional) for its business operations in Lagos.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implementing the company’s product sales activities through direct visits to prospective customers/customers in order to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction according to company goals
  • Implementing customer demand fulfillment activities in a timely manner and improving and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Provide good and fast service to customers in order to provide a good corporate image to customers.
  • Documenting every customer complaint in order to find a solution quickly, properly, safely, efficiently and effectively.
  • Implementing a sales administration system in accordance with applicable policies, systems and procedures.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making reports accurately and on time according to the established Reporting System.
  • The implementation of sales activities and the administration system runs well, safely, efficiently and effectively.
  • Achievement of sales targets according to the set targets.
  • Maintain the good name of the company among customers without harming the company.
  • Achievement of customer satisfaction and customer delight.
  • Sales management and control.

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITY

  • Make visits to customers according to a predetermined route
  • Carry out branding activities for each customer according to the instructions given
  • Monitor stock movements in vehicles on a daily basis
  • Do daily sales reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Between 25-30 years old
  • Minimum education required – School Cert
  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in the field of FMCG products.
  • Communicative, able to negotiate & never give up
  • Able to work together in a team
  • Have a driver’s license
  • Resident in Lagos
