Responsibilities

  • Initiate marketing and sales strategies, source and develop for new clients for sea and air freight customers.
  • Selling out monthly container quota and air freight target
  • Initiate primary and secondary sales achievement
  • Ensure execution of overall operational activities in your territories with the knowledge of your line manager for maximum profitability and increase market share.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor sales through their classes and grow your market with optimum sell-out
  • Keep track on major shipping line‚Äôs agent so as to get sales and customers.
  • Drive various initiative to increase sales growth and must be entrepreneurship driven.
  • Ensure sales target are achieved and surpassed through continuous business development.
  • Drive companies target and set goals target on volume and value
  • Have the ability to get clients who will patronize the companies‚Äô services.
  • Must be experience in the field of business development and have a good knowledge of the industry.
  • Must have 4years hands on experience on sales and lead conversion to customer
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Must be familiar Lagos environs and major hub of shipping and freight
  • Ability to source for prospective agents and clients in various major markets
  • Develop customers based and grow their port-folio to satisfactory level

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N60,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
