- Initiate marketing and sales strategies, source and develop for new clients for sea and air freight customers.
- Selling out monthly container quota and air freight target
- Initiate primary and secondary sales achievement
- Ensure execution of overall operational activities in your territories with the knowledge of your line manager for maximum profitability and increase market share.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor sales through their classes and grow your market with optimum sell-out
- Keep track on major shipping line’s agent so as to get sales and customers.
- Drive various initiative to increase sales growth and must be entrepreneurship driven.
- Ensure sales target are achieved and surpassed through continuous business development.
- Drive companies target and set goals target on volume and value
- Have the ability to get clients who will patronize the companies’ services.
- Must be experience in the field of business development and have a good knowledge of the industry.
- Must have 4years hands on experience on sales and lead conversion to customer
- Must have in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Must be familiar Lagos environs and major hub of shipping and freight
- Ability to source for prospective agents and clients in various major markets
- Develop customers based and grow their port-folio to satisfactory level
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
N60,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
