Qualifications

• Must possess B.Ed. or B.Sc./B.A with a PGDE or M.Ed. in Educational Administration / Management
• Must be God-fearing and be of high moral standing.
• Must be goal oriented, passionate and result driven
• Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Must sustain staff performance and incorporate teachers’ appraisals and targets for School’s growth.

Experience:

• He or She must have 5 – 10 years cognate experience in a private school of repute.

Skills:

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strategic planning
• Ability to set smart goals and targets
• Ability to assimilate and analyse complex information to enable timely decision making
• Ability to communicate very effectively and persuasively at all levels both internally and externally.
