Job Description
- Manage and drive application starts and submit all leads on Salesforce dashboard.
- Conduct discussions with prospects over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales lead qualification goals, application starts and submission goals.
- Update and maintain prospective client’s information within SalesForce App
- Provide the recruitment representative with detailed call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.
- Work closely with the Regional Recruitment Representative to ensure alignment of objectives
- Assist the Recruitment Representative on assigned administrative tasks.
Requirement
- Must have worked as a call center personnel and in a sales capacity.
