Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant course, MBA is a plus
10 years’ experience in FMCG Sales
5 years’ experience in Modern Trade Sales
5 years’ experience in Senior Management sales positions
Sales experience in confectionery is a plus
Track record of working relationships with top Nigerian Key Accounts: Shoprite, Market Square, Spar, JustRite, etc.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint
In-depth knowledge of the business’ product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
Ability to create sales plans, route plans and periodic targets – and actively monitor progress.
Detail oriented with the ability to generate and analyse reports
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven team management and people-management skills
Sales and goal-oriented personality
Self-driven and accountable
Deep understanding of the business’s marketplace models as well as the opportunities and limitations that come along with it.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
