We’re on the lookout for a User Experience & Engagement Specialist. This role is about understanding our entrepreneurs deeply, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform, and cultivating strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
User Insights: Dive into data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and areas of improvement.
Feedback Loop: Engage with users to collect feedback, turning these insights into actionable improvements.
Enhance Onboarding: Continuously enhance the onboarding process, ensuring entrepreneurs get maximum value from day one.
User Engagement: Develop and roll out strategies to engage entrepreneurs through their lifecycle, promoting deeper platform integration and feature adoption.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and support teams to share insights and drive customer-centric initiatives.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology or a related field.
Proven experience in user engagement, customer success, or similar roles.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
