Job Description
Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
Welcome customers and help determine their orders;
Accept cash and return the correct change;
Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces;
Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions;
accommodate all guest needs during their dining experience;
Keeping the dining room and server stations cleaned;
Answering phones/to-go orders.
Requirements
OND or equivalent qualification;
Analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage;
Previous experience from similar industry and understanding of Food and beverage department
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
