Urban Abode Nigeria Ltd was incorporated 27th April 2006 and had its first project commence in 2008. Urban Abode belongs to the larger Urban Shelter Family of businesses, at the centre of which is Urban Shelter Ltd, a real estate giant that has been in property development for over 25years.
Our main goal is property development and real estate with a specific aim to developing high-end, luxurious, comfortable and homely residences for our clients.
The ‘vision’ for Urban Abode came from the Chairman of the company (who is also Chairman of Urban Shelter Ltd), and one of its core founders, Zainab Aliyu Mijinyawa, who envisioned a company that will be an oasis for anyone looking for unique ‘abodes’ within an urban environment. This is at the core of what we do today.
