*Develop marketing plan for the business and ensure that the plans are implemented to time and budget
*Develop customer understanding and relationships.
*Initiate strategies for maintaining a continuous level of engagement between the organization and its audience.
*Employ strategies to create partnerships between the organization and its clients rather than consider the relationship to be merely transitional.
*Ensure that there is a mechanism or level of communication in place to guarantee that the customerās voice, views and concerns will always be heard and addressed.
*Other generalized tasks may include product development and distribution, writing of contract, proposals presentations and meeting with potential new clients.
*Managing the firm’s relationship with existing clients (Private and corporate) and initiate and develop new relationships
*Liase with and assist finance to ensure that corporate clients remain well within their credit limits.
*Enhance the company’s digital marketing platforms, monitoring activities across the different and relevant social media platforms.
