As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our entire online retail operation. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the website and app to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. You will be a key driver in our digital retail strategy, leveraging your strong IT skills and tech-oriented mindset to maximize our online sales and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy in alignment with organizational goals to drive online sales and profitability.
- Website and App Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and mobile app, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Product Catalog: Manage and organize the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- User Experience: Continuously improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the website and app to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Online Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to attract and retain online customers.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock levels, product availability, and timely order fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Supervise the customer support team to provide timely assistance to online customers, resolve inquiries, and address issues effectively.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor website/app performance, sales trends, and customer behavior, and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of customer data and compliance with e-commerce regulations and industry standards.
- Payment Processing: Manage online payment gateways and ensure secure and seamless transactions for customers.
- Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to maintain product quality, pricing competitiveness, and optimal supply chain relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Proficiency in e-commerce software and content management systems.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
